A well-established private practice in a growing Oregon mountain community is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their growing team.

Position:
• 4-day work week - Monday to Thursday, 8-5 pm.
• 100% outpatient care, internal or family medicine.
• 15k sign-on and 5k for relocation.
• Full ancillary support with dedicated Medical Assistant and mentorship from tenured providers.
