A mission-driven, not-for-profit hospital in West Texas is seeking a Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics to join a collegial, highly supportive team. This full-scope position offers the ability to perform C-sections, add endoscopy if desired, and pick up hospitalist shifts for additional income-all while enjoying a flexible schedule and tight-knit community life.

Position Highlights:
• Join a supportive team of experienced Family Medicine, FM-OB, and OB/GYN physicians, plus APP support
• Opportunity to perform scopes and pick up optional hospitalist shifts
• Modern clinic attached to the hospital - no off-site travel
• Guaranteed base salary of $330,000 with incentive potential to earn $450,000+
